Set in the heart of the old town, not far from the cathedral, this compact restaurant with an open kitchen serves flavoursome Catalan-inspired dishes. At the helm in the kitchen is Jürgen Birth, who skilfully weaves both Spanish and French elements into his modern set menu. His penchant for patisserie is also evident. The set menu (also available in a vegetarian or pescetarian version) can be accompanied by select Spanish wines, enthusiastically presented by owner Jan-Hendrik Feldner – his personalised style of service is highly attentive. They also run a tapas restaurant about 100m away.
