The food here is stamped with the Bernard Loiseau hallmark and served in a "chic bistro" atmosphere (stone, wood and velvet-upholstered banquettes set the tone). The menu includes classics such as eggs in a red wine sauce, pâté en croûte, Charolais ox cheek and Saône catfish, and beautifully fresh Burgundy veal tartare with smoked eel. There is a good wine list with around 50 options.
