There is the grand mosque, the Tamil templeShri Kali Kampal Kôvil, a Chinese pagoda (on nearby Rue Ste-Anne), as well as the small and large markets where Indians, Creoles and Malagasy rub shoulders in a boisterous and colourful atmosphere.
