The beautiful Plantation farm was for three centuries the residence of the Lenox-Conyngham family, who came to Ulster in the 17C. The intimist interior decoration is quite beguiling. The blue wallpaper in the weapons' room is the only 18C wallpaper remaining in the United Kingdom. The handsome Georgian furniture is made from wood from the estate. One wing of the house is now home to a splendid collection of 18 and 19C aristocratic costumes.
