The former Washington Storage Company building (1927, Robertson & Patterson) sports an elaborate gold-colored Moorish relief facade in cast concrete. Owned and operated by Florida International University, the building now houses a museum and research center that oversees the Mitchell Wolfson Collection of over 70,000 pieces of American and European art and design dating from 1885 to 1945. The fifth floor showcases selections from the holdings and the sixth and seventh floors are the scene of temporary exhibitions
