Iglesia de Santiago Apóstol nestles in the narrow calle Granada. This church was founded after the Reconquista and its original Mudéjar features include a brick tower decorated with panels of sebka in the upper register, as well as the old doorway, since blocked off, with geometric intertwining. In a chapel off the left aisle, the Baroque interior (18C) contains a statue of Jesus the Rich, which owes its name to the wooden and silver cross bearing Christ. Picasso was baptised in this church.
