This church (from the late 10C), in Lombard Romanesque style, was built to a cruciform floorplan. The façade is decorated with blind arcades held up by carved supports and there is an openwork bell tower atop the octagonal Baroque lantern. The single-nave interior is of restrained proportions. The small cloister (11C-12C), with its gallery of trefoil arches and its gemelled columns, is most pleasant.
