Baptiste Renouard is at the helm of this contemporary bistro, which is open all day long and serves brunch on Sundays. This talented chef is all about culinary indulgence: expect traditional cuisine (supreme of corn-fed chicken, a full-bodied tarragon jus, mashed potato; citrus vacherin, fresh herbs), with a few French classics making a welcome appearance on the menu, such as œuf meurette (egg in red wine sauce), whiting Colbert, pot-au-feu or pike quenelle.
