Tucked away down the cobbled streets of the Old Town is a 400-year-old building which is home to both a boutique hotel and this intimate restaurant. Black and white photos of Riga adorn the walls of the long, narrow dining room, while in summer the operation relocates to the rooftop terrace which overlooks the Daugava River. Menus are modern and creative, with subtle international influences in evidence. The prime ingredients originate mostly from the Baltic region and Barents Sea, with Mother Nature leading the evolution of the dishes throughout the year.
