This minimalist-style restaurant, with its dominant dark colour scheme, pays homage to the local terroir, iron, fire, arts and crafts, and to those meals with family and friends that are forever engraved on our memory. The large central table recalls the spirit of traditional Basque dining societies known as “txokos”, given that the idea here is for guests to share different dishes and experiences.
