This bistro is a hearty alternative to chef Takashi Kinoshita's fine dining restaurant. It has made itself right at home in the vaulted space that once housed the château kitchens, which still have their period fireplace. Traditional cuisine, meticulously prepared using carefully selected ingredients, is served at lovely wooden tables: pressed ratatouille, slow-cooked egg and balsamic vinaigrette; pan-fried salmon with a mustard sauce. Laid-back atmosphere.
