This old building in the centre of the village has been treated to a tasteful contemporary makeover. It now showcases the talents of Clémence Goupil and Alex Néel, who are fountains of knowledge about their profession and its history; their establishment’s name refers to the inventor of the modern restaurant concept, Mathurin Roze de Chantoiseau. Our two lovebirds sing an ode to fresh seasonal produce with touching sincerity teamed with bold flourishes: artichoke, tartelette fine, confit of egg, barigoule emulsion and spices; turbot, confit of fennel, potato tagliatelle, fish bone jus with saffron, rouille and pepper condiments.
