Their culinary creations, which exhibit a particularly minimalist approach and are refreshingly succinct, star carefully selected ingredients, often sourced locally. There are three set menus to choose from, one of which is vegetarian. In addition to outstanding food, there is a strong emphasis on creating an enjoyable dining experience. The buzzy vibe, stylish interior and attentive and friendly service all play their part, including excellent wine tips (the white Metphusus goes down a treat with the poultry breast stuffed in morels). In summer, the terrace is heavenly.
