Chef José Lopes showcases modern cuisine with a reginal flavour that focuses heavily on recipes from the Algarve - all of which are prepared with a keen eye on presentation, textures and harmonious flavours. In the high-ceilinged classic-cum-contemporary dining room, fascinating details include the hexagonal layout, the wrought-iron fireplace in the centre of the dining room, and the large glass-fronted wine cellar. The pleasant outside terrace is an added bonus!
