Andreas and Anna Widmann (the eighth generation of the family to run this place) have two restaurants, and this is the fine dining option - located in the oldest part of Widmann's Löwen, where the village butcher's shop used to be. On the menu, Swabian tradition meets sophisticated culinary skill. Sourced from local producers, premium ingredients are used in dishes brimming with creativity, flavour and original ideas. There is a set menu of five or seven courses. A trained sommelier, your friendly hostess provides judicious wine suggestions. There are also guestrooms for an overnight stay, plus a shop selling dishes and delicatessen wares to take away.
