The lively, vibrant Matongé district is home to an equally buzzy neighbourhood eatery: Le Tournant. People drop in to sample a glass of “natural” wine (trust the sommelier – he knows his job!) and dig into unfussy, nostalgic dishes reminiscent of grandma’s cooking, together with a few more modern bistro recipes. Examples include gutsy beef cheeks braised in Orval beer or lamb in dried figs. Every dish is an authentic festival of flavour!
