The fine dining restaurant of the chic boutique hotel (also called GLACIER) makes the most of its surroundings with a floor-to-ceiling window front – and a wonderful terrace for a magical view! The cuisine is ambitious, modern, creative and seasonal. In the evening, a set menu is available in three formats: "Découverte" with three courses, "Promenade" with five courses and "Excursion" with seven courses (the last two courses are surprise dishes). There are vegetarian versions of all three. Great emphasis is placed on selecting high-quality ingredients, with a preference for supplies from local producers.
