In the courtyard of the classic Ca' Ruffo hotel, Carlo's cuisine is based on the fish of the nearby Adriatic Sea, and more besides! Moeche crabs (when in season!) and a tasting of fagottini di magro with mantis shrimp are proverbial. In the wine cellar, the varied choice also includes an excellent local organic wine, Scambio bianco, made just a stone’s throw away and ideal for the most delicate dishes.
