Somewhat hidden down a narrow street, Origens is a worthwhile choice given its location in the heart of Évora’s historic centre, where you can savour contemporary Alentejo cuisine prepared with sophisticated modern techniques. The menu is updated several times a year to ensure that the ingredients used are as fresh and seasonal as possible.
