This bright, fresh and elegant gastronomic jewel, which takes its name from Audrey Hepburn, the legendary star of the film “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, is the fiefdom of chef Rafa Soler. Here, he conjures up highly developed and creative cuisine both in terms of technique and presentation, but which retains a strong connection with the soil, the past and seasonal ingredients. In the words of the chef himself, “we have access here to the full expression of Valencia’s culinary bounty”. Through his tasting menus (Roots, Origin and Farm), the latter vegetarian, discover dishes that exude personality and the soul of the Mediterranean, transforming ingredients with a respect for seasonality and minimum fuss. Standout details include the homemade bread that accompanies the menus and which is baked according to a family recipe (they have a bread oven in the suburban town of Burjassot) and the extra-virgin olive oil that they bottle themselves and which is produced from thousand-year-old trees in Traiguera (Castellón province).
