Delphine Ronsyn opened this cheerful spacious restaurant, whose floor-to-ceiling windows command fantastic views of the surrounding fields and meadows, less than a kilometre from the family farm. Naturally enough, Delphine is a champion of local produce and her region. Her bistronomic menu is deceptively simple and straightforward, as the delicate chervil sauce that flanks gilt-head bream consummately illustrates.
