Nestled in the old town, a stone's throw from the renowned saltworks, this restaurant is a haven of pure comfort run by Gianluca Fleer, who has set up shop with his wife Inga. "High Dining" is what they call their concept of modern, creative yet down-to-earth cuisine – served as a set menu or à la carte.
