L'Ouvrière was conceived as a community based on a beehive model. Ludovic and Kelly Dumont hope to create osmosis between customers, vegetable and meat producers and artisans. And they pull it off, with unpretentious, well-executed cooking (e.g. poultry with tarragon or raspberry pie) made from great ingredients. Located on the small village square, this intimate restaurant is good news for the town. Short menu of dishes at fair prices.
