The chef behind the name is Dario Breuer. He serves modern, creative dishes that are pleasingly minimalist and clearly structured. The "&" in the name deliberately leaves plenty of room for interpretation, because everyone should feel at home here – whether you like laid-back or ambitious cuisine, whether you are here for a meal with friends or colleagues, whether you want to push the boat out or perhaps just drop in for a glass of wine.
