Vracata Gorge is a spectacular mass of rocks looking like ruins, through which flows the River Leva. The sheer rock faces of the gorge, over 300m high, are popular with rock-climbers. During the fine season, the site also attracts many visitors who appreciate the well-equipped lakes, the shores covered with meadows and the motel-restaurant located at the waterside. Approximately 500m beyond the gorge, turn right onto a road (in a bad state of repair) which climbs in hairpin bends and offers splendid views of the lanscape below.
