Three successive churches were built on this site: a tomb with five funerary alcoves remain from the 7C, while that from 1031 is graced with a beautifully restored, peaceful cloister. In the basement, you can admire a fine collection of tombstones, the oldest of which date back to the 14C. The current church and the most remarkable of Strasbourg houses a Protestant temple and dates from the late 13C. Inside is a handsome Gothic rood screen.
