This museum is dedicated to the work of the emblematic glass sculptor of the Studio Glass Mouvement, Dale Chihuly (born in 1941). A structure of nearly 1 000m2 of glass and metal, designed by Albert Alfonso, houses the artist's monumental and colourful pieces, including Fire and Ice, Float Boat, the Ikebana series, evoking the Japanese art of flower arranging, Mille Fiori ("Thousand Flowers"), a spectacular composition depicting a field of flowers.
