Thrust above a tidy neighborhood of Craftsman-style bungalows, this pocket park perches atop a massive protrusion of basalt called Review Rock, the highest point in the city. A short footpath leads to a grassy space at the top of the rock and opens up a grandstand vista of Spokane, the Spokane River Valley, Mt. Spokane and the creamy spires of the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist.
