Opis

In the 1960s, the development of a university campus breathed new life into Santa Cruz and attracted a host of artists and intellectuals. Greatly damaged by the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake (whose epicenter was just a short distance from the town), it was largely rebuilt and modified.
