This (early 18C) church, boasting a Baroque façade peppered with Indian influences, is a hymn to San Felipe Neri who founded the Order of the Oratory and whose life is told in the paintings decorating the dome. Note the rich decoration in the Chapel of Santa Casa de Loreto (a replica of the holy chapel in Italy) and the church's jewel, the camarín, a Baroque chapel adorned with magnificent retables.
