Located on the site of the St Michel Foundry, the Wallonia Rural Life Museum is an 80ha open-air museum. It consists of old country houses representing Wallonia's various regions, laid out along two different routes (1.5km and 3km respectively). The museum is also home to a little school, a walled chapel, a printing shop, tobacco sheds, a washhouse and a crafts centre. A large traditional Ardennes building houses an exhibition on the Ardennes draught horse.
