This is the former church of the Benedictine abbey, founded in the 7C. In the Brabant Gothic style, it was rebuilt in 1526 following a fire. An imposing 25m in height, the interior is striking, with stonework in pink, grey and ochre below brick vaulting. As well as the tomb of St Hubert (1847) by Guillaume Geefs (north transept), note the choirstalls illustrating the Lives of Sts Hubert and Benoît and the holy stole woven with gold threads in the 10C (south transept).
