The cathedral's construction lasted from 1260 right through to the 19C. The fool's tower is all that remains of the old Romanesque church. The highly decorative main façade is the work of Roritzer, a family of sculptors from Ratisbonne. The main portal, between two neo-Gothic towers, has an original porch. Once inside, you will be struck by the impressive dimensions - 85 metres long and 32 metres high, with a number of 14C stained-glass windows around the choir.
