This 8C church was much extended in the 12C and has an attractive Pisan Romanesque-style façade, with five blind arcades with fine capitals and white and green marble decoration. The interior, very spare in style, has a wonderful architectural purity. A crucifix in gilded wood by Giovanni Pisano stands in front of the pulpit created by the same artist in 1301 along the lines of the one in the baptistry in Pisa and in the cathedral at Siena.
