This sumptuous residence built in 1869 for the banker Edouard André houses the collection he made with his wife, Nélie Jacquemart, a painter. Exhibits include 18C paintings and busts (Houdon, Coysevox), canvasses by Dutch and Flemish masters (Rembrandt, Hals, Van Dyck), souvenirs of foreign trips (in the smoking room), a dining room (tea room) decorated with a Tiepolo fresco, and a floor designed as an "Italian Museum" (Della Robbia, Donatello, Uccello, Botticelli, Bellini).
