A tree-lined driveway leads to this beautiful and very simple square building on the left bank of the River Isle. It currently houses a teaching hospital. Built in 1530, the castle has a machicolated parapet that is more decorative than defensive; two main buildings are arranged around a square tower erected in the early 16C. Inside, some of the rooms are decorated with 16C and 18C frescoes. The terrace overlooks the river.
