Construction of the cathedral stretched from the 16C to 18C, hence the very obvious mixture of styles, with a predominance of Renaissance influence. Inside, take in the attractive bays covered with ornate domes on pendentives, the superb stalls of the coro and the two magnificent Baroque organs. There are also fine works tucked away in the side chapels and, around the ambulatory, in the Our Lady of the Kings Chapel and St Barbara Chapel.
