Most of L.A.'s cinema studios have moved, and Hollywood Boulevard is a shadow of its early-20C self. However, the renovation of concert halls and the construction of a complex for the Oscars ceremony show that it is by no means game over. The famous star-embedded Walk of Fame is still just as popular with visitors.
