Set in extensive grounds planted with high forests, the L-shaped manor is made up of an 18C main building and a 16C wing. The abundantly decorated and richly furnished rooms demonstrate the luxurious setting that the Astor family wanted to create: Louis XV wood panelling, panels painted by Théophile Deyrolle (1844-1923), a collection of paintings and drawings relating to Brittany (16C-20C), and numerous works by Alfred Beau (1829-1907), a painter and ceramist.
