This huge museum, half of which is open-air, provides an insight into the daily lives and issues facing the farmers and breeders of New Mexico from the 19C to the present day. On display are clothing, household objects, farm and store interiors and period stagecoaches; the site also stages demonstrations of agricultural methods. Children will enjoy feeding and milking cows. Fun, well thought out and carefully maintained, this museum provides a wealth of detail about life in the Wild West.
