This nature reserve offers three different hiking trails. The first starts in the undergrowth but the landscape soon changes as you discover dunes and peat bogs. The trees give way to a sandy environment with stubbly, grey vegetation reminiscent of the tundra. The second leads you through expanses of lichen, and if you look carefully you might spot the droseras (carnivorous plants). The third walk takes you alongside a lake, the Étang Fouget. There is an observatory (you may spot ducks, herons and migratory birds) and a suspended footbridge.
