Built in the 16C in Isabelline Gothic style on the ruins of a former Arab mosque, this church has retained its charming patio adorned with an ablutions basin and fruit trees which give it a bucolic feel. Inside, the main altar is adorned with a fine altarpiece by Jacopo Florentino, also known as L'Indaco, and an 18C relief of La Magdalena by Mateo Medina. Opposite the church, the Fuente del Raudal is a fountain that used to supply drinking water to the citizens of Jaén.
