Opis
Housing animals from around the world, this zoo is a firm favourite with adults and children alike. The Biochron provides information on the origins of life on earth, while the huge AmeriCasa is home to birds from the tropical forests of South America. Other areas include the Vlindertuin (tropical garden) with its 1 500 butterflies; the seal pool; and the Afrikasavanne where giraffes, zebras, antelopes, rhinoceros, cranes and impalas live in harmony. There's even an area for rats (Rattenriool)!
