Occupying the Vieux Moulin in Charleville-Mézière, the home town of Arthur Rimbaud, this literary museum's aim is to explore fully the life of this accursed explorer-poet thanks to its new "sound loft", as well as quotes, manuscripts, personal items and works by artists influenced by him. Further insights can be gleaned in the Maison des Ailleurs, a 19C property located opposite the museum, where Rimbaud lived between the ages of 15 and 21.
