The church was built in the late 11C or early 12C. After pillaging and mutilation in the 15C-16C, it was remodelled in the 18C. At this time, the nave was covered by a fretwork of vaults that hide its 15C timbers, still present though. The granite edifice is imposing in dimension. The proportions of the interior are strikingly harmonious, of which the chancel is the most interesting. Note the 17C altarpiece, devoted to St Valery and above all, a 15C triptych by the Flemish School.
