Built by the architects Bastin and Beek around a lightwell, the Musée Fin-de-Siècle occupies the underground section of the Place des Musées. The collections on display take the visitor on a journey through the artistic movements of the 19C and their historical context: social art, the rediscovery of the Primitives, Symbolism, the reception of Impressionism) and, of course, the role of Brussels in Art Nouveau.
