This chapel boasts a sumptuous rococo decor, emblematic of the Genoese barocchetto style. The ceiling's navy-blue background is adorned with gilded stucco cherubs and arabesques. The most venerated work is the Christ of Miracles, also called the Black Christ, discovered in the sea in 1428. On 3rd May, a solemn procession honours this patron saint of the fishermen of Bastia.
