Located on the banks of the River Isle, it was built in the 15C-16C by the St Astier family. In the early 20C, the Baron de Nervaux-Loÿs, owner of the castle, added exterior features: a Renaissance balustrade overlooking the river, terraces and moats, work that was continued by his descendants, the Count and Countess Christian de Lary de Latour. The interior architecture is remarkable. The large gallery, which contains some paintings, an 18C sedan chair and a Flanders tapestry, hosts temporary exhibitions.
